Led by Leader Joun Taeyoung, the Complex Cluster BU is a unit that plans large-scale retail-centered commercial facilities such as shopping malls, department stores, and outlets. Specialized in spatial planning and design for medium- to large-scale mixed-use developments, the unit responds to trends in complex developments including entertainment, F&B, office, hotel, and “officetel” components. Based on his consilient experience integrating residential and general architectural designs along with know-how and expertise in complex developments, Joun strives to create spaces that lead the rapidly-changing future of complex developments. Notable projects include Lotte Mall Daegu, Incheon Lotte Terminal complex development, hotel and shopping mall projects at the Gimhae Tourism and Retail Complex, and the Master Plan for Baekje Cultural Land in Buyeo.
