The Integrated Housing BU proposes a variety of living spaces such as urban residential-commercial complexes, non-metropolitan private housing, lodging facilities similar to housing, and community-focused dormitories. The unit proposes diverse spaces based on multi-family housing such as brand apartments with differentiated design enhancing clients and prospective residents’ satisfaction, downtown residential-commercial complexes, regional hotels, and pre-construction spatial proposals supporting urban planning. By building trust through client satisfaction, it gradually expands the business scope and proposes optimal solutions reflecting the latest trends. Each unit member develops specialized expertise and encourages mutual growth, putting into practice the vision of “designing a wide variety of living spaces.”
The Integrated Housing BU designs “housing,” the space that forms one of the basic elements for living alongside clothing and food.
