Led by Leader Park Sunghyung, the Logi-Tech BU specializes in designing advanced and distinctive warehouse facilities that integrate advanced technologies. Among major domestic architectural firms, the unit boasts the most exceptional expertise and competitiveness in designing warehouse facilities for leading companies in Korea. As a logistics specialist with over 10 years of experience in development review and marketing of various warehouse facilities, Park continuously researches and advances the creative and new potentials of sophisticated warehouse facilities, where automation, AI, robotics, and other advanced technologies converge beyond simple storage space.
Park majored in architectural design at Sungkyunkwan University and its graduate school. He joined Junglim Architecture in 2004, progressing through the planning department, design department, and design division, and currently leads the Logi-Tech BU. Notable projects include Coupang Gwangju Advanced Logistics Center, Coupang Jecheon FC Logistics Center, CJ Bucheon Complex Hub Parcel Terminal, and Nongshim Incheon Complex Logistics Center, as well as the Korea Research Institute for Local Administration, Lucent Tower in Daechi-dong, P&P Station, the National Children’s Museum and Integrated Operation Support Center at the National Museum Complex of Korea.
