Led by Leader Yun Heejun, the Operation Support Center SU supports the design sector’s business units (BUs) to connect with one another and create synergies as an organic organization. The strategic unit consists of a Project Support Team, which assists individual project tasks, and a BU Support Team, which establishes major policies and systems for the sector, nurtures talent, and supports interaction among BUs.

Yun joined Junglim Architecture in 2004 and currently serves as the leader of the Operation Support Center SU. In addition to extensive experience in various urban and architectural design projects within the design department, he has participated in multiple task forces and policy planning activities through rotations in the planning department. Notably, he has built smooth collaborative relationships among departments through excellent communication skills. Currently, he contributes to strengthening the expertise of individual BUs and connecting them to advance Junglim Architecture into an organically synergistic organization.
