Led by Leader Jeon Daejoon, the Residential Complex BU specializes in residential and mixed-use residential facilities, focusing on residential derivative products such as residential-commercial complexes, hotels, and rental dormitories, as well as overseas mixed residential development and reconstruction projects. As a specialist in overseas development projects and residential derivative products, Jeon aims to guide the development direction of future residential complex formats that are increasingly sophisticated and integrated, leading new residential trends.

Jeon majored in architecture at the University of Seoul and in real estate at the graduate school of the same university. Having joined Junglim Architecture in 2007, he currently leads the Complex Residential BU, based on his extensive experience in overseas development projects, residential derivative products including hotels, and residential projects. Major projects include Eco-Smart City Thu Thiem and Starlake K8 Project in Vietnam; mixed-use residential complexes in Nampo-dong, Busan; hotels along Iho Tewoo Beach, Jeju, and near the South Sea. Believing the essence of architecture lies in designing the junctions where heterogeneous spaces meet, he pursues original designs emerging at the intersections of residential and non-residential facilities.
