Based on his successful experience with the Yongsan Tourist Bus Terminal site development (Seoul Dragon City) \u2014 for which Seoul adopted the pre-negotiation system for the first time \u2014 Hwang seeks to create buildings that restore urban order and value, flexibly responding to policy changes in collaboration between public and private sectors.<br><br>Since joining Junglim Architecture in 2007, Hwang has served as a design division\u2019s specialist PM and currently leads the Urban Impact BU.
